Fill in the claim form and forward it to us along with the required documents.
- Report the accident or theft to the Police immediately
- Report the accident to CIC as soon as possible.
- Do Not Accept liability in case of an accident
- Call CIC if you need to tow the vehicle from the scene of the accident (for comprehensive insurance only)
- Complete and return a claim form obtainable in all our offices and website.
- Attach the Police Abstract and a copy of the driving license of the person who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident or loss.
- Arrange inspection of the damaged vehicle
- Cooperate with any appointed third party (Investigator or Assessor)

- Copy of the diving license for the person driving the vehicle during the accident

CLAIM PROCESS
- Report to the police immediately and obtain a police abstract
- Report the loss to CIC immediately through the given emergency or toll-free numbers
- Complete and return a claim form obtainable in all our offices and web site giving the replacement cost of lost property
- Attach a statement from a watchman/guard or any witnesses

CLAIM PROCESS

- Attach copies of pay slips for the previous 12 months before the accident

- Complete the claim form that is provided by the Claims officer.
- Submit all necessary documentation requested by CIC insurance.

- Duly completed claim form.
- Copy of ID.
- Bank account details.
GROUP LIFE PRODUCT : GROUP FUNERAL
CLAIMS PROCESS
- Claims should be notified by the insureds to CIC offices through direct, email or telephone within six months.
- Complete the claim form.
- CIC will acknowledge receipt within 12 hrs.
- Submit all necessary documentation requested by CIC insurance.
- Claims discharge voucher will be issued after receiving all necessary documentation.
- CIC will issue the payment within 48 hrs after receiving discharge voucher.

CLAIMS PROCESS
